What I'd like to do is to make a backup of my debian system on a bootable cd-rom. The idea is to boot from the cd and have it 'copy' all data to a harddisk so I can run debian again within short time if I ever mess up. I've found a utility which should do this named backup linux at http://ny.us.mirrors.freshmeat.net/appindex/1999/01/27/917458678.html But the link to the actual program isn't working the last couple of days. Is there anybody with a script, a program or something like that which could make this bootable backup ?
