Well, the official Debian position is to link to the 2.0.32 headers, however it should probably also work with 2.0.3{3|4}, as I doubt that there are any significant changes (although I haven't checked).
See /usr/doc/libc6/FAQ.Debian.gz for the details (this is somewhat controversial, particularly among non-debianites).
