I had to help a customer with a login problem on their website just the
other day. 95% of the users have some form of Internet Explorer. So when
one user had trouble when they were using Firefox they thought the site
wasn't compatible.

Supporting computers doesn't necessarily prove that a program is bad,
just that there are a lot of clueless users out there. And no, I don't
like Outlook, but I have met a few Windows users that are amazingly good
at convincing it to do what they want it to. I'm just glad I don't have
to work with it any more.
