Problem Solved!

I just get a kernel clean, without any change (.tar.bz2), and
recompiled from scratch using my conf file, and the module
8139too.c worked fine, without any problems.

I think the problem is when i changed my old kernel to support
pci, for some reason, the new image generate doesnt really
supported it fine. But in the new kernel compiled from scratch,
        that was ok.

So, was it. Thanks for all who tryed to help me!
