I'm not just implying, I'm telling you. :) Yes, and fvwm has its own
pager: 'FvwmPager'.

That's one way of doing it. Normally though you'd assign titles to your
xterms such that in Fvwm:

Style "MyXterm"  StartsOnDesk 1
