xmms strangeness

I usually listen to winamp shoutcasts with my xmms. But after i upgraded 
to testing(I do it every now and then), suddenly, no more xmmx. I can 
see it pops up for a split second and then shuts down again. Netscape 
shows it playing(on the downloaded files window). What do I need to do 
to get my music back? I have sound in everything else.
