Reinstalar o pacote pode demorar um pouco, pois o packages.debian.org
ainda está fora do ar. mas se tiveres o 'alien' instalado, podes um .rpm e
converter pra .deb (ou um .srpm).
Podes procurar no cache (apt-cache ou algo assim).
Mas algo me vem a cabeça. essa lib é tua (código teu) ou é um pacote?

e realmente o arquivo 'libxml-2.0.pc' não foi instalado no disco:

será que o pacote da libxml esta faltando arquivos ? ou é problema na RLIB
mesmo?
