Pessoal, Estou tentando compilar a biblioteca RLIB 1.1.4 e me retorna o seguinte erro:

Done Sorry, libxml2 is already the newest version. 0 packages upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not = upgraded. e o pkg-config também: Sorry, pkg-config is already the newest version.
