CONFIG_VT=y CONFIG_VT_CONSOLE=y CONFIG_SERIAL=y # CONFIG_FB is not set # CONFIG_SERIAL_CONSOLE is not set # CONFIG_LP_CONSOLE is not set # # Console drivers # CONFIG_VGA_CONSOLE=y CONFIG_VIDEO_SELECT=y CONFIG_MDA_CONSOLE=m If there are other questions with the configuration I can give those as well.
