I upgraded my system again (The last update was one month ago)
and the same error arrived at the perl package....
There is following problem:
apt-get wan'ts to install perl, but the dpkg version is too old.
I have to install these packages in this order manually:
dpkg
perl
debconf
Then I can go on with "apt-get dist-upgrade"
apt-get always wan'ts to start with perl. But that doesn't work!
