Hello, i have used the latest image by Adrian. Not the one from today. I cannot switch to another terminal because I'm connected via serial. I will try again later with my other t2000 because this one is going to a data centre today. It is currently using debian 7 because of the faulty installer.

David, can you please be more specific? Like what ISO have you used for installation? As well, what in logs? You can execute/run shell from withing the installer and expect/show /var/log/syslog messages?
