I installed SELinux, as described in the debian wiki, activated it per directions, did my reboot (It did the second reboot as it said it would, although didn't take much extra time as it says it will) and performed the operation check-selinux-installation. The output in my console was as follows...
onyx@FBI:~$ sudo check-selinux-installation [sudo] password for onyx: ../proc/1 kernel.. SELinux is not enabled. The init process (PID 1) is running in an incorrect domain. FSCKFIX is not enabled - not serious, but could prevent system from booting... I tried setenforce and what not, but they simply returned the SELinux was not enabled.
