No, that relates to linux-2.6.24, an alternate kernel version for etch. Some of the issues will overlap, but the software release is different so which advisory is relevant will depend on which kernel version you are using. There is a paragraph at the bottom of the advisories which notes that "Note: Debian 'etch' includes linux kernel packages based upon both the 2.6.18 and 2.6.24 linux releases. All known security issues are carefully tracked against both packages and both packages will receive security updates until security support for Debian 'etch' concludes.
