thats because services controlled by inetd don't have init.d/ scripts ;-) go look in /etc/inetd.conf and find the line saft blah blah blah and comment it out or delete it, then run: /etc/init.d/inetd reload and it should be gone. -- Ethan Benson http://www.alaska.net/~erbenson/
