or at the very least, If you are bound and determined to address this person's erorr, reply to person's individual email address, not the list. If they are trying to unsubscribe, odds are they don't read the list mail anyway. That way you avoid spamming more junk to the list and probably educate the person than just complaining about them in a forum where they'll likely never hear it. This last unsubscribe thread did actually end up with some useful information though - a changed subject would have been a good thing.
