Yeah, sure Mark. Here's what you do:
Make sure you have this entry in your /etc/apt/sources.list file: deb http://security.debian.org stable/updates main contrib non-free Be sure it's not commented-out (with a "#" in front of the line). Then do "apt-get update" and "apt-get upgrade" and you'll get all of the upgrades to your installed packages. You might want to try "apt-get dist-upgrade" as that seems to have better dependency handling. Read the manpage for apt-get for more info. I'd recommend doing this on a periodic basis, and continue to monitor both this list and BugTraq. Apt-get is one of the (many) pure joys of using Debian.
