Well I do run woody, but:

mme@feivel:~$ telnet localhost 25
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.
Escape character is '^]'.
220 feivel ESMTP Postfix
HELO urh1000.uiuc.edu
250 feivel
MAIL FROM:<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
250 Ok
RCPT TO:<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
250 Ok

I take it this is relaying isn't it? The only additions I have to
/etc/postfix/main.cf are:

myhostname = ...
myorigin = ...
alias_maps = hash:/etc/aliases
alias_database = hash:/etc/aliases
delay_warning_time = 1
