We can and should start that work, let's just not do it with rails 7 in
unstable before the existing transitions are done with. I'm looking into
the rails 7 `newapp` autopkgtest and I think I made it work.
With ruby-useragent added as dependency to ruby-actionpack, the
regressions reduced significantly.
Now 13 more regressions we need to check, 14 identified as something
we need to fix (out of this 4 are unused dependencies that can be
removed from gitlab/rails), 6 we can just request removal from
testing, 2 possibly fixed upstream
Looked at all the failures,
6 packages need rc bugs to be removed from testing (18 + 2 leaf packages
could be removed from testing)
10 packages needs fix
4 packages are like fixed in a new upstream release
18 packages could be removed from the archive - some need a bit of work
to remove dependency not really needed
