With ruby-useragent added as dependency to ruby-actionpack, the regressions reduced significantly.
Now 13 more regressions we need to check, 14 identified as something we need to fix (out of this 4 are unused dependencies that can be removed from gitlab/rails), 6 we can just request removal from testing, 2 possibly fixed upstream
