Thanks for caring about fixing bugs in stable.

Unfortunately, as far as I can see the netbeans package in unstable
currently suffers from all of the issues you mention; in fact, it's
exactly the same version as is in stable. In that case, the changes
would need to applied and tested in unstable before we considered them
for stable.
