I guess you could mention this fixes incompatibilities in newer Twisted
releases. FWIW that's not because we like to nitpick, but because we
then use info from changelog to write down oneliners for stable update
announces.
Otherwise, looks good to me, feel free to upload with the distribution
fixed, optionally with a slightly more verbose changelog entry.
