I replaced the older fetch-and-build script with the newer one from ia32-libs (and ia32-libs-gtk) so that they have the same script again. This includes the part that automatically generates the debian/changelog entries for the updated debs. So the future debian/changelog entries of ia32-libs-core, ia32-libs and ia32-libs-gtk will all look the same too.
