Dear Release team,

I would like to request a mini-transition to update Qt WebEngine from 5.15.17
to 5.15.18. The new version contains security patches backported from Chromium
up to version 130.0.6723.59.

It will require binNMU of two source packages: qtwebview-opensource-src and
angelfish.

Ben file:

title = "qtwebengine-abi-5-15-18";
is_affected = .depends ~ "qtwebengine-abi-5-15-17" | .depends ~
"qtwebengine-abi-5-15-18";
is_good = .depends ~ "qtwebengine-abi-5-15-18";
is_bad = .depends ~ "qtwebengine-abi-5-15-17";

I will probably request a larger transition for qtbase-abi-5-15-16 at some
point before the transition freeze, but it is not ready yet, so I decided to
ask for Qt WebEngine transition separately.
