please ignore piuparts regression of src:tp-smapi

Hi,

tp-smapi fails to migrate due to a piuparts regression ... which is not 
really a regression but a non-trivial interaction between linux-image-*, 
dkms, tp-smapi-dkms in a way that piuparts doesn't like. This is not 
easy to fix. And with Linux 6.12 in testing probably also reproducible 
there already with tp-smapi/testing and dkms/testing.
Please ignore this regression in britney to unblock both src:tp-smapi 
and src:dkms (tp-smapi-dkms switched from arch:all to arch:some and dkms 
has Breaks to ensure removal of tp-smapi-dkms:all on upgrades to trixie)
