A transition is needed, after which we can start the libfmt10 -> libfmt11 transition. aron has run ratt against 1:1.15.0+ds-1~exp1, most dependencies are good. There are two failures, sopt and purify, both of which seem trivially fixable. I will submit bugs against them soon. Thanks, Shengqi Chen
