I used https://salsa.debian.org/stefanor/debusine-rebuilds to
successfully rebuild all 20 reverse dependencies in Debian Unstable on
the amd64 architecture against jpeg-xl 0.10.4-1.

The build logs and binaries are available in sequence starting from
