A breaks on (= 12.2.8+dfsg1-1), (= 12.2.8+dfsg1-2) should do the trick.
I do not really master shlibs and stuff yet, so I would like to have your confirmation the upload is correct: https://salsa.debian.org/debian/boost/commit/7962a7a35514e1351a9545613052f397d9549866 BTW, I put the breakages on ceph-common, which is same-version depended by most of other ceph packages. However others, like librados2, are not covered. Also, package nheko too depends on libboost-regex1.67.0. Should that be broken as well? I am also fixing #912910[1] with the same upload, hope this is not getting in the middle. I will try a local build now.
