petsc 3.7.4+dfsg1-9 is now migrated to testing (fixing RC bug #850599 in stretch). That clears the way for updating petsc to 3.7.5 for the stretch release. I'll upload petsc 3.7.5+dfsg1-2 to unstable in the coming 24 hours once the migration of 3.7.4+dfsg1-9 to testing has been pushed to servers. Thanks, Drew
