Last I heard the m68k guys decided that the April version of the boot-floppies for m68k were fine. What features do you think 2.1r4 would buy you vis a vis 2.1r3. Moreover, if they are your *customers*, why not build the stuff yourself and contribute it back to Debian, if it really is necessary? Why the strident demands issued to an all-volunteer group. That's not going to work very well... Anyhow, this is not the proper discussion forum.
