Hello Gilles: I don't understand very well what you mean. If you mean that KDXMLTools.h should be included in the koffice-dev package, I think you are wrong because that file is marked as noinst_HEADERS in kchart/kdchart/Makefile.am, so the file shouldn't be installed as is only used for koffice (kchart) building.
If you mean that KDXMLTools.h file is not present in the source package of
koffice, well, then this bug is likely solved, since I can see it in the
kchart/kdchart dir.
