Hi,Upstream merged the settings to have `kate` use `debputy` out of the box for Debian files if `debputy` is installed.
The settings work with the current version of `kate`. I prototyped it via the user LSP settings with the testing version, so it is safe to cherry-pick to 24.12.

As such, I believe it is a good trade-off to make to temporarily carry a Debian patch for it to have it in time for Trixie.
