Why ? The only reason why the PTS is hosted on master is because of the proximity with the BTS since most of the work of the PTS is to forward mail coming from the BTS. Since the BTS is now hosted on sophr, I don't see what you gain by moving it to merkel ... maybe more disk space, but that's it I bet.
