Also, to expect everyone to state a build dependancy on debhelper is ridiculous! You can't reasonably expect to auto-build packages without having it available. I'm therefore closing this bug. I fail to see what this whole process of filing bugs against every package without a Build-Depends: debhelper is meant to achieve, other than filling the bts with garbage...
