I'm interested in taking over maintenance of dpkg-perl for a while
(though I can't promise anything permanent). My aims are:

- to document the existing modules
- to clean up the Perl in the existing modules
- to add functionality when I have itches that need scratching

I've already mostly completed the first of these, started on the second,
and will start thinking about the third if people tell me it's a good
idea.

I'm an experienced Perl programmer and Debian user, but I haven't had
much experience with dpkg and building packages. I'm going to email
debian-mentors and see if anyone is willing to help me out a bit as I
get started.

So. Where to from here?

K.
