Quick update: Uploaded matplotlib 3.10.1 with Jay's patch and a fix to not set backend to Tkagg system-wide (in /etc/matplotlibrc).
I will check the pseudo-excuses on britney in around week. Hopefully, this upload should solve majority of issues. Thanks, Nilesh
