Thanks for the feedback folks. I'm not sure it's going to be feasible to collapse the non-Debian changelog entries - there have been a lot of uploads to Ubuntu in the meantime. I don't know what I'm going to do yet, but it seems like it's at least acceptable to leave them in or trim them. At least we have the definitive version in PAPT svn now. VCS FTW.
