sure, I will try it. Migrate packages and describe the workflow on wiki
and I will test it.

How about creating wiki page:
http://wiki.debian.org/Teams/PythonModulesTeam/Workflow
and start documenting what we want (once ~agreed here)
then those who wants to change something (and not just talk)
can create for example:
http://wiki.debian.org/Teams/PythonModulesTeam/Wrokflow/GitBuildPackage
or
http://wiki.debian.org/Teams/PythonModulesTeam/Wrokflow/GitStuff
and add a link in /Workflow (in "Proposals" section)

All proposals without wiki pages (and something to play with) will be
rejected and ignored.
