actually powerpc-ibm-utils does still exists as binary package.
And the source package is powerpc-utils.
Adam just renamed source packages powerpc-ibm-utils to powerpc-utils and
powerpc-utils to pmac-utils for less confusion as explained here :
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/powerpc-utils/+bug/1523627
Also :
https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/powerpc-utils
https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/pmac-utils

Then Adam should have sent a patch for debian-cd to update
the list of include udebs :-).

See:
https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/debian-cd/debian-cd.git/tree/tools/generate_di+k_list#n258

I can fix that though, I have commit access for debian-cd.
