That's perfectly normal, the order in which devices are recognized by
the kernel
is not fixed. This also applies to block devices and which is why you

never rely on device names but use UUIDs instead to identify individual

devices or partitions.
I actually knew of this, but wouldn't have expected this to happen on
the same controller port with fixed SCSI IDs for each backplane slot.
But after various reboots the ordering is pretty arbitrary. :-/
Another good reason for diskless operation. :-D
