You do have a USB device: the internal bluetooth adapter. This looks very much like some USB problems. 2.6.9 isn't very friendly with sleep & USB. Hopefully, that will get better with 2.6.10. Also, try not using CONFIG_PREEMPT, it may not be very safe with sleep at the moment.
