Hello, At last, I get something working..
Don't ask me how I've get it, because after several 'try&error' with different solutions from internet (thanks St. Google), I have been able to compile the modules. I think that creating 'usr/src/linux/.tmp_versions' directory have made the trick, but I am not sure. Well, now I have to play a bit with hotplug and needed scripts to turn down eth0 and turn up wlan0 (using dhcp) when the usb-wifi is plugged.
