If you put something like dev/mac_hid/mouse_button2_keycode=87 dev/mac_hid/mouse_button3_keycode=88 dev/mac_hid/mouse_button_emulation=1
in your /etc/sysctl.conf file, you will be able to use Cntrl-F10 for the middle mouse button and Cntrl-F11 for the right mouse button after reboot -- well, that is how it works on my ibook.
