Hi all, AFAICS the currently available JRE (Java Runtime Environment) version for ix86 is 1.4.
The latest version I found for powerpc was 1.1: jre1.1_1.1.8v3-1_powerpc.deb /Blackdown. Did I miss something? I'd like to install *at least* version 1.3: Where is it? I don't need it for development/coding, but for a user environment. (Mozilla, etc.) I found j2sdk1.3, by Blackdown, and couldn't find infos on which files this package, if installed, will provide. BTW: Is there another possibility than apt-file list <package> to find information on debian on the files that a *not* installed package will install?
