on the new powerbook the hdd is connected to the secondary master. Can you switch to the console (ALT+F2) and enter fdisk -l /dev/hdc
fdisk -l /dev/hdc mac-fdisk: can't open file '/dev/hdc/' (No such device or adress)
the same with hdb and hdd. any other proposals?? Thank you Matze
