Sven, Thanks for your help. I downloaded the vmlinz-2.4.22-install as you suggested, but when I tried to boot my 43p from bootP (boot net:,10.31.196.5,,10.31.196.6), I got the following error message.
"FILE: vmlinuz-2.4.22-install Load Addr=0x4000 Max Size=0xbfc000 FINAL Packet Count = 7666 FINAL File Size = 3924912 bytes. Unexpected Firmware Error: DEFAULT CATCH!, code=fff00300 at %SRR0: 00c1b030 %SRR1: 00003030 ok 0 >" Was this because the kernel was built for the pegasos and not directly for the IBM?
