PowerMac 7300 debian 3r1 X-Server

Hi,
I'm trying to install the actual debian-release, but I can't find a working 
X-server.
I also tried to figure out what chipset the integrated graphics uses, but on 
all the ic's is printed apple.
So if please someone can help me with this.
PowerMac 7200/7300. What X-Server to use ? What chipset for graphics is used on 
that board ?
