I just painstakingly downloaded the three Debian install .iso's and
burned them to CD.
Put in the first disk and restarted while pressing "c."
Result (white on a black screen):
Wrong partition 1 signature
config file need 613 bytes
Debian Gnu Linux PowerPC potato
Boot _ (here I type an 'L')
Loading kernel
Wrong partition signature
Elf32 Kernel loaded
loading ramdisk
wrong partition 1 signature
(change to black on gray screen):
...K
copying OF device tree ...done
calling quiesce ...
booting...
Then it freezes right there.
Anyone seen/fixed this?
