Yes, sorry about that, fixed that with the help of Chris Tillman yesterday. The 'historic document' was the 2.2r0 install manual that I had a print out of from doing an install, well, a long time ago. Since it was still potato I was installing I hadn't bothered to check if there had been any changes; oops.
