In /usr/share/keymaps/mac , you should have :
mac-fr2-ext.kmap.gz  mac-fr3.kmap.gz  

simply do a
loadkeys /usr/share/keymaps/mac/mac-fr3.kmap.gz (for notebook)
and then
cp /usr/share/keymaps/mac/mac-fr3.kmap.gz /etc/kbd/default.map.gz
