uhh, don't use that site if you're outside the US. violates whatever
lame laws that makes us have a non-US in the first place. See the
README.non-US for a site near you.
btw, i'm getting timeouts on security.debian.org too (looks like
it's hosted from the same network as non-us)
I can't find a mirror of security.debian.org. Is there one?
